Dirty Martini Bishopsgate

So this is a chain of bars which serve as the title says, martini, dirty or clean, the choice is yours.

This is a semi recently opened chain in Bishopsgate (nearest station Liverpool Street).

Friday night, me and the work crew decided to go for some after work drinks.

The bar is right next to tescos, you have to take some steps to go down into the bar. Be warned the stairwell isn’t too bright and I fell! The manager came to my rescue straight away, logged the accident and gave me a free martini and ice to numb my very fat ankle!

The bar was packed! But they sorted out somewhere for me to sit while I arranged transport home.

Due to not being able to move, I wasn’t able to check out the place very well, what i could see is that its a pretty happening place for after work drinks, if you want a area you must reserve in advance and happy hour is only on till 8!

I have been dying to go here for ages after hearing rave reviews about this place!

So I was pretty excited when a friend had arranged dinner and drinks here!

The restaurant part is small but intimate. I was a veggie that day so had some sort of flat bread for starters with risotto and some sides for main, with a brownie crumble for desseert. The food was lovely but what they call fine dining, you dont get a lot and I had to stop off at Mcdonalds on the way home!

After dinner, we moved onto the club. This section was small! I was bashed and knocked over by many drunkards! The music was ok, mainly dance with some RnB thrown in.

I paid £40 for the dinner (with wine), club entry, table, vodka and mixers, and a funky electronic shisha, which was damn good value for money.

If you choose to go there just for the club then tables start at £1500 and most of the drinks start from £9.50.

I had a fantastic night but I doubt I would visit again!
